What to download

In order to use XLaunch-O-Matic you can download one of the binary packages. From the 1.0 release there will be only one not two binaries. The binary is now in the form of a compressed disk image containing an optimizing installer that allows for easy installation anywhere on you computer.

Since XLaunch-O-Matic is open-source you may also choose to get the sources and build XLaunch-O-Matic on your own. If you which to do that you need to get the source distribution. You will also need Apples' developer tools to be able to build the sources. The latest sources are always available from Sourceforge via CVS.

XLaunch-O-Matic is provided free of charge but if you like this software please consider donating to Sourceforge.

Anonymous CVS Access

This projects' SourceForge.net CVS repository can be checked out through anonymous (pserver) CVS with the following instruction set. The module you wish to check out must be specified as the modulename. When prompted for a password for anonymous, simply press the Enter key. From the 1.0 (Obj-C) release everything needed to build XLaunch-O-Matic resides in the XLaunch-O-Matic module.

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.xlaunch.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/xlaunch login

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.xlaunch.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/xlaunch co modulename

Updates from within the module's directory do not need the -d parameter.

If you want everything needed to build XLaunch-O-Matic modulename should be XLaunch-O-Matic
